Talenta
Mekari · iOS
Talenta is Mekari's HR platform and one of the most used business apps in Indonesia, with more than 1 million downloads. Over three and a half years I worked across the iOS codebase: re-architecting it for testability, building the design system the whole mobile team now uses, and bringing Flutter modules into the native app.

What I built
- Refactor from MVC to MVVM-C, lifting unit test coverage by 90%.
- Mekari Pixel design system for iOS as a modular Swift package of reusable components.
- Flutter features with BLoC and clean architecture embedded in the native iOS app.
- App Store release management and cross-team code review.
